"This place is amazing. Large for Japan standards and quirky, with original station features and nice add ons the owner has made. Lovely thoughtful inclusions such as a torch, ear plugs (ee didnt need them, to be honest most places in Japan you can hear a trai !), umbrella, lovely bath products, great coffee, breakfast tickets, microwave. The owner has made the effort. This was a highlight of two weeks around Japan."

"This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out โMikkiโ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value."

"This is a unique experience to live in a Buddhist temple for one day. Across the street you can find the beautiful Koyasan cemetery. Pure magic.
The dinner and breakfast served was magnificent. We also enjoyed the spa at night.
We are truly grateful for this experience. "

"This will have to be my most favorite part of my trip to Japan. You will have to intentionally come here for the temple stay. First and foremost, the facility will ONLY ACCEPT CASH payment for the stay. Though my wife and I were not too fond of the shared wash rooms to wash up. I donโt believe the facility has rooms with private wash rooms. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. They offer traditional breakfast and dinner(vegan friendly, though I am not, very delicious!). Wake up...

"Everything was excellent, people are very welcoming, nice and kind. The prayer in the morning is not to be missed.
The food is vegan, and it is ok, but surely not the best in Japan.
Overall, I think the whole experience is overpriced. "

"A hidden gem in the world. A game changer for my family. Must do the night cemetery walk! Recommend to do the trip after some of the chaos of the bigger cities as it was such a beautiful shift! "

"Cool experience to stay in these lodgings. There is a heater in the room but the halls and bathrooms are pretty cold when itโs not warm out. The bath is amazing, so hot and relaxing. The morning prayers were very cool to experience. You do sleep on traditional futons and pillows, so if youโre picky about your pillow you might want to bring your own. The garden in the middle of the temple is beautiful as is the front garden. The check-in window is pretty small so Iโd recommend working this into...

"This hotel has only one guest house, not room.
The house has two bed rooms with two single bed in each. You can play piano if you wish.
Big bath, small kittchen clean toilet to stay number of days with a family or friends.
Food is not math produced. We have had a game (November) in Italian style for dinner.
Hotel is more than 200 year old historical buirding but well maitained. Owner explains building and it's uniqe history.
It was our own way from Koya-mountain to Nara by car."

Jison-in is 0.3 mi (0.5 km) from central Koyaguchi, why not stop by during your stay. If you have fun at Jison-in, you'll love Niukanshofu Shrine, just a short walk away.

"The hotel is am affordable place situated very close to Nakai Kishiwada Station, clean, safe and very quite. A budget friendly hotel for a tourist. Well situated less than 70 meters to the train station making it a point of access to anywhere you want to go to Osaka and it's environs."
"Fantastic hotel near Kansai Airport. It is clean, well-kept, great amenities (including a hot bath). While there is not much in the area, there is a Lawson convenience store close by and the hotel breakfast is well-worth it. "
"I read the reviews just before I checked in. And question myself what have I booked!!
But for my surprise, the hotel doesn't disappointed at all .
The room is clean and good size for 3 of us with 3 single beds. The view is facing to busy road
Great way to end of our holiday in Japan by the dinosaur reception.
Journey to go the hotel was a bit uncertain as no people there.....
There is nothing in the area so check in in late afternoon just for shower and sleep.
Quite happy for it, will book again when I use KIX for early or late flight. And near distance
"
"I loved that it was close to many shopping areas and a reaspnable distance from 2 train stations. The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly and even though it was little, i was incredibly thankful that they were able to print off my Shinkansen tickets. Honestly if i come back to Osaka i would stay here again."
