"It’s an excellent hotel just minutes walk from Omiya station. The building is clean and has a restaurant and very affordable breakfast buffet. The staff are all very well-trained and polite. They were happy to help me extend my stay on last minute notice and remain in the same room. (Twice). I recommend Marroad Inn.
They always brought fresh towels"

"Overall, it was very good. I liked the breakfast buffet and that helped me save money during my trip. There was one thing though that could have been better - it was not possible to switch my hotel room tv over to a different HDMI source. Because of that, it was not possible to connect my firestick to it. I think that's something for them to address for future travelers that might want to hook up a firestick, switch, or steam deck. But if you're looking for a relatively inexpensive place to...

"The room was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—right in the city center, making it easy to go shopping or find great places to eat. Breakfast was tasty and a great way to start the day. Would definitely stay here again!""

"Very limited walking accesses to eating spots, even no varieties. In the room, well cleaned, quiet, nice bed,
but very disappointed at the much expecting relaxing time
in the public bath. It was not warm enough. "

"We stayed for five nights so our son could play with a nearby football academy. We knew we would need space to have comfortable downtime in the hotel room and also room to eat meals. Candeo Omiya was great in that it had three dedicated beds and a couch with enough space for us all to sit comfortably. We also made good use of the laundry on the 14th floor. "

"Unplanned stay but disappointing,
The bathroom had a strong urine smell. The bed was a hard as a board and the room did not keep out noise (trains or people)"

"The room was lovely. We loved the aesthetic! Check-in was super easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and cozy. It’s located about a 15 minute walk from the train station. We used a taxi for most of our trip just because of the heat and humidity. It made the trip so much easier! I would totally stay there again."
Super Hotel Tokyo Akabane-Eki Higashiguchi Ichibangai
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at Super Hotel Tokyo Akabane-Eki Higashiguchi Ichibangai was made incredibly memorable thanks to Ms. Uto at the front desk. Although the last check-in time was 12 midnight, she kindly waited for us until 2AM when we arrived late due to unexpected delays — we were originally scheduled to arrive at 11PM. Her patience, kindness, and dedication went above and beyond. Without her, we would’ve had no place to stay that night. We are truly grateful for her exceptional hospitality. Also, the breakfast was excellent — fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend this hotel for both its service and comfort."
