"Beautiful hotel! The location is perfect as across the street starts downtown & ski lift is near by! I love the views from the room! Super beautiful! The one downside is the inside accessibility in regards to getting to your room, there are a lot of stairs up & down leading to rooms. Beautiful rooms & staff is super nice!!!! The buffet was awesome as well! Definitely recommend!!!! I will be returning. "

"A short walk to the main strip with restaurants and bars. Easy street parking. The room and bathroom was pretty dated, but comfortable. No aircon or fan if visiting in Summer, but the mountain weather kept things cool enough to sleep."

"Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. The local food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly."

"Very good included spa facilities. Good to have an on-site ski shop and shuttle bus. Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee machine for proper coffe (as opposed to only fruit tea and nescafe sachets with whitner powder). Drinks in the hotel were also a bit pricey (although this was the case throughout the resort). Overall very pleased."

"Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They don’t offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing. "

"Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough. Quite a few things were missing in our kitchen but reception acted on it and replaced missing items. I think there should be a choice of whether or not they change your towels everyday as I find it a real waste and not eco friendly. No bath mat provided so we were using a hand towel. Kitchenette was really useful. Breakfast was very comprehensive and the hot food items varied day on day. Very decent food. Pool is a fab addition/bonus and we really enjoyed the 2 saunas. Bathrobes provided also great. "

"We (three adults) stayed in a two-storey mezzanine room and it was the perfect accommodation for our ski holiday. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The decor of the room and whole hotel is lovely, very cozy and feels very ski-esk. Breakfast was included too which includes cold and hot food. The selection was quite random, but we all enjoyed it every morning. The spa / pool area is lovely and clean. You could spend a good few hours relaxing in there. The location is perfect. The hotel is just located off the main street with bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the gondola too. The only cons really were that we weren’t sure which room we actually booked as this wasn’t very clear when booking. I managed to get in touch with the hotel and they confirmed this for us. Also there’s no kettle in the room, we bought our own travel one. 100% recommend for a ski holiday. "

"Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down side was that on arrival to the apartment it was so hot and no thermostat on the room to turn the temperature down, I asked at reception to reduce temp but still warm so slept with the windows open. All areas of this apartment were clean and staff were approachable and helpful. It is situated a short walk away from the main ski resort with loud bars which was perfect for us as it was quiet. Would definitely return to this apartment complex."

"We have stayed at this hotel two years in a row. The hotel is well located for access to the Gondola. The rooms are clean, albeit a little dated. The spa is an added bonus after a day on the slopes and the included breakfast is good. "

"The Hotel Elegant Lux is in a great location just a few minutes from the ski gondola and the many bars and restaurants around town. It has a shuttle bus to and from the gondola. We stayed for five nights. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had half board and the breakfasts and dinners were good with a buffet for both. For dinners where there are fewer diners they do table service. There is a spa with pool, sauna and jacuzzi which was good. We went in the morning and were the only people in there. The hotel also had a dry room for ski and snowboard equipment. The rooms are clean and spacious with all the facilities you need. While some people may find some of the furniture a little tired and old fashioned I thought it had a nice look and feel. I’d recommend this hotel for those hitting the pistes and hope to return myself next year. "

"Every yeat we stay at Regnum hotel and it is always perfect. They have made renovation of the main hall and it looks beautiful. Since we always book family apartment with kitchen, there are plates, glasses but never any dishes to make food - sinple soup or pasta. "

"Outside pool water very cold and flies floating on surface. Inside pool smells of people sweat, the bottom of thr pool has dirt/dust residue and no smell of chlorine to indicate if the pool is regularly disinfected or topped up. Sauna is good when working. Breakfast is good, pastries could be fresher rather then packets products. The hotels was very noisy witg kids playing outside till very late in the evening (23:30) with out of control behaviour."
