"They put me in a room right next to where they were doing a renovation and so it was noisy with drilling and hammering from 8 am to 5 pm. could not sleep in or take a nap in the afternoon as it was noisy. they had hallway lights on a timer that lasted 5 seconds literally and so the lights were always going off when walking the hallway and since they were not automatic sensor you had to grope your way around until you found the light switch to turn it back on. When we arrived there was no one to check us in. The machine didn’t recognise our reservation… we were in a bit of a panic and nearly had to call Expedia… however thankfully a lady arrived and gave us our key card! The pillows were so cheap as were the amenities in the room. But like I say… I wasn’t expecting anything else and I hadn’t paid for...

"The hotel is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Sky Bar is a wonderful place to spend an evening with good food and nice wine. Next time, I would definitely request a room at the front of the hotel, as the parking and unloading area at the back gets noisy very first thing with deliveries and bin lorries and we were woken up both days. "
