"We had an okay 5 night stay. The owner upgraded us to a 2 bedroom cottage that is a bit down at the heels. This was however great of her because the unit I had rented on hotels.com would not have been acceptable. Clearly some attention is needed to linens etc. There are barking dogs on a regular basis and signs of their presence around the property. There were no chairs around the pool.The owner was very gracious and acted promptly on a request for a working hairdryer ,kettle and decent coffee...

On arrival we were very warmly met by the owner Don who was incredibly informative, helpful and enjoyable to talk with.
Don was also super helpful with some car rental issues we had.
The accommodation is very comfortable, the rooms are really tastefully decorated and a very comfortable bed.
The location is brilliant, close to all restaurants in the Main Street and also to the beach.

"Bhangazi Lodge is a lovely guest house in central St. Lucia. My room was large and clean with its own bathroom, a slider to the pool, TV, and a refrigerator. AC was excellent and they had power available even when the town power was out. Kettle in the room as well.
They served a hot cooked-to-order breakfast which was included and delicious. Also coffee, tea and bottled water were always available.
Walkable to the town and the beach, but at night you have to drive due to the hippos wandering the streets. There are a lot of restaurants very close. There is parking at the building behind a gate. Very secure.
The host Simon was extremely knowledgeable about the area and what to see and do.
