"We liked the hotel, room and location. Unfortunately, it was over 30 degrees and there is no aircon, just a fan. We tried opening the windows as it cooled down around 11 pm but the noise from people hanging around the train station, hooning up and down in cars and music made it impossible to sleep. The hotel provided ear plugs in the room but it was just too difficult. It ruined our stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bathroom is fantastic and good storage. Such a shame."

"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "
"We rented the apartment at the top of the building and it was simply amazing. The elevator goes directly to the apartment on the 5th floor where there are no other rooms or apartments. The space is large and everything is very well equipped. Very good stay. The only problem is that it is 30 minutes from the lake so you need a car but we had a car. I also wish the parking was free. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect."

Only wrinkle is that the parking they give you is about 15 minutes away and the map they give you isn't very well marked. Take about 5 minutes to get your GPS set before leaving the small loading zone next to the hotel."
