"Awful, the key card wasn't working, so we had to go to the reception (at the other hotel) to ask for another one (all happening at 1am in the morning), the duvet cover was burned (from a cigarette I guess), the pillows are not really pillows, and in the bathroom there was 1 toilet paper roll already used.
