"This was an unexpected pleasure. Made up in an English country decor with a touch of Albania. Room was spacious and well fitted. Balcony looked onto the street and was a good insight into the city. Specialized bike lanes, tree lined streets, outside restaurants, and much more. Service in neighbouring restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was well displayed and offered a good variety with off menu options as well. Well located. Blackout curtains appreciated. Staff warm and welcoming. Highly recommend. "

"Hotel Room and staff were lovely as was the food, the spa facilities are nice but front of desk staff at spa, not very good (booked couples massage with prosecco and fruit, no fruit or prosecco, we complained and they told us they did not offer this and we felt like they were implying we were lying) -the spa is not ran by the hotel"

"I stayed at San Angelo Hotel with my friend Daniella and we had such a fantastic experience. From the start, the staff were so accommodating and always ready to help with anything we needed. Obed and Samuel looked after us brilliantly at mealtimes, and Joseph was especially kind and accommodating to Daniella, he really looked out for her and made sure she was comfortable throughout our stay. Helen and Caroline on reception were so friendly and gave us excellent recommendations, while Sule and Victoria kept our room spotless and always greeted us warmly. What really touched us was the free lift to the Sarandë bus station at the end of our stay, such a thoughtful gesture that shows how much they care about their guests. Sarandë itself is absolutely beautiful, and this hotel made our time there even more special. We truly felt at home, and I’d highly recommend San Angelo Hotel to anyone visiting."
